At Australian Corrugated Packaging, we stand by the quality of our industrial solutions. If your order arrives damaged or does not meet your specifications, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and a brief explanation for the return.

  Receive Authorization

  Once approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate warehouse return address.

  Secure Packaging

  Ensure all corrugated products are bundled securely in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit back to our facility.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
